3 VIRGINIA STREET, SPRINGVALE

 

An 11-unit apartment block built in the heart of Springvale, architecturally designed by Ridolfi Architects. The 12-month contract was completed in 10 months.

 

A unique design incorporating the Jasmine flower, the striking building is built with rendered hebel on the external cladding and the balustrades with the iconic Jasmine pattern is made from laser cut alucobond, strong and durable to withstand the external elements.

 

The structure is concrete suspended slabs with lightweight construction above. 

 

The layout of the apartments was not only carefully designed aesthetically, but all council regulations are met, the first unit is fully compliant with disability regulations, and the entire building meets all fire ratings (60/60/60).
